Cannon Hill

We went to Cannon Hill Park in Birmingham to see Sam and Dave.  We had lunch in the MAC (Midlands Art Centre) then took a walk through the park.  The lake was still frozen in places though the paths were OK.  This is the bridge reflected in the sheet ice below it.

This evening we popped into Stratford for a coffee at Nero then up to the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust where they were giving a talk on Tudor Christmas, with emphasis on food, samples of which were available to try after the talk.
