Under the Flag

First time for everything. Today’s was being in The Shed end for the first time and taking part in the passing of the flag. And a serious amount of singing. The very very very best bit of all though was the award winning Piglets Pantry minced beef and mushy pea pie. The football was interesting too.

A bonus outing for me as J was due to be going with Carl but he wasn’t feeling great and needed a day of rest. Also in need of rest was Anna who I think had the full weight of the term hit her this morning. There has been a shower but there haven’t been outdoor clothes.

Home from the footie for Carlos and Jackson to watch some more footie on the telly. And me and Anna to curl up in front of a Christmas film, The Family Stone. Interesting film but a little too sad to probably make it onto the annual must watch list.
