Bray to Greystones
on the DART as a photography tourist
This is one of the murals at Bray station.
The train winds its way around Bray Head going through tunnels then re-emerging along the craggy coastline towards Greystones.
It was a lovely bright cold day and I sat on South Beach and watched 2 elderly ladies swimming with their old fashioned swim hats on. It probably goes without saying at this stage what I was drinking.
My extra is of the sky above me during my picnic - so lovely. My second extra is Greystones platform thronged with Leinster supporters on their way into Lansdowne to watch game against Exeter Chiefs. Leinster won in the last 5 mins in what was a lively game, according to the Journal dot ie
(I had to google 'where is Exeter?' as my UK geography is not good)
P.S. I was supposed to be shopping for festive food and last few gifts, but the call of the coast was too loud
