Pears with choc caramel sauce
On the long drive back from a visit to my father's a sweet craving kicked in. If I'd passed a tea-shop I would have been in it. As it was, I got back and after putting away all the garden goodies I'd been packed home with, I opened a pomegranite. Then, I put this dessert together.
The pear was perfectly ripe and juicy. I added cacao powder and vanilla beans to some left-over caremel sauce and then scattered the remaining pomegranite seeds over it all.
End of craving.
