A new day ..... a new dawn

Yesterday’s rain is a thing of the past ..... today it has been bright and sunny but very icy. I had to hold on to the garden railings on my way down to the bus.

I did my church duty this morning .... folding Sunday’s notice sheets but by the time I slithered my way home I was feeling grotty ... why is it that the common cold has such a draining effect. Bed after tea with all my cold cures beside me!
