The King and the Giraffe

We had been told of this lion kill and went to see it. We counted 15 lions of varying sizes/ages in the area - mostly too full to move having feasted over the past twenty four hours, but these gutsy souls were still trying to fill their stomachs!
We went back again twenty four hours later to see how little meat was left or if the vultures/hyaena had joined in the feast but the lion pack were still there guarding the kill, still nibbling away.
