Tessellation Tuesday...Fish

Our temperature outside never made it to 20F, so I stayed downstairs and tessellated on a gourd.

Again, it is hard to keep the pattern going...because the apple gourd is FAR from being flat.

I made the tessellation out of poster-board, cut it out, then traced, wood-burned, painted, wood-burned again, then finally dabbed on the eye with a small nail.

Perhaps I should have SCALEd back the size, but at least it is FINished.
