A New Hat

My son Jeff entered my name at a local men's store in a neighboring city, and they called me yesterday. "Mr. Welker, you entered our drawing, and...and...YOU'VE WON A HAT!!!"

WOO-HOO!!! I went to pick it up today, and I had 3 color choices. Red, red, and red. I chose red.

The hats are a Michigan legend, made in our Upper Peninsula by a company called Stormy Kromer. They are guaranteed for life, and they REALLY bring out your inner Elmer Fudd.

Even though I didn't enter myself, it always feels good to win something. Now...I'm going off...looking for that wascally wabbit (Bugs Bunny.)
