New lamps for old

A pretty uninspiring week this week I am afraid, it's me world, not you.
I have acquired an allergic reaction to something, and the tablets I have been given tend to make me a tad lethargic.
All I have is this new image of an old lamp..
No story, can't quite recall where it was hanging either.
