When the wind doth blow
A very windy and wet morning walk at Bosham. The rain hit our faces so hard it was really quite sore and at this point at the end of the harbour it was hard to hold the camera still enough to take a photo. The sea here is actually quite sheltered as it is within Chichester Harbour and protected by the land. There must have been some very strong gusts on exposed parts of the coast. In Extras Andy demonstrates the strength of the wind!
Aside from that we saw a greater spotted woodpecker on our nuts, had the inaugural lighting of our log burning stove, and received photographs from my sister of her family sledging in the snow in Northamptonshire - they have had the most snow for five years.
Very best wishes for a warm, cosy and happy Sunday x
