Bird app

I was almost able to get out this evening as I'd planned to take photos of people's Christmas lights after seeing them when I gave my car a run the other evening, but the carers didn't call until after 8pm and I'm still so tired.

So as I was going through my phone adding contacts for when I'm in hospital to do with mum and maybe reading a book on there, I came across my old bird app which you hold up to identify the sounds of birds in the garden or the woods, wherever you happen to be, and it will tell you what it is.
You can also play the songs to hear what they sound like.

Through the year I was going out regularly for walks with my group but that stopped at the end of October when I started all this hassle with doctors and hospitals. So I'm hoping I'll be able to get out and about again in the spring to hear those woodland birds again.
