Off my meds!

When I went to Glasgow on Thursday I forgot my meds. No worries for a day or so. Wrong! Was kept awake last night with an annoying grumbly chest pain and the same today. However managed to get home today and take now I'm totally fine so won't be doing that again! Off out to dinner this evening with some friends.
