Winter Scenes

Whilst Mrs BB went to work, I set off to collect RobBris50 from Newport Railway Station at 2pm as he'd bravely agreed to stay the night so we could have a photography expedition around South Wales.

We set off for Blaenavon Mountain as I knew there'd be snow on them there hills - and there was in abundance. The main and extras were taken there. No sooner had the sunset, which was pretty quick, it started snowing - heavy! My 4x4 started sliding about and the journey back via Pontypool was navigated about 5mph as it was very slippery. Arriving in Newport, there was no snow whatsoever!

It was nice to get home in the warm and have a look at the days photo's and share each others thoughts. A take-away curry beckons us!
