A very lazy start to the day but at 10.30 I sprung into action and spent an hour with the duster and vac. 

After a light lunch I set off on a short circuit towards Rydal and back. This was the view towards Fairfield showing many of the summits on the route around the horseshoe. Very pleasant in the valley but I'm sure it was chilly on the tops. 

Home to cook and looking out of the window it looks as if there could be a good sunset. Drat ........ stuck inside.
