An hour in Kendal this morning as the shops were opening. While my OH went to purchase my present I dashed around a few other shops and even had time to browse books in Waterstones. 

The traditional christmas tree in the Westmorland shopping centre has been replaced by a ....... er ......... giant reindeer I think. Having spent ages trying to get only the colour of it's baubles showing, this has to be my blip for today. My time may have been better spent wrapping presents.
