Airport

Quiet day, morning at dad's. Had some left over broth and cake for lunch. Both were better for being a day older.
Went and did a bit of shopping with my dad on the way to the airport. Bumped into my uncle and his wife and daughter, unexpectedly. Great to see them.
Then airport and flight home. The picture is of a Christmas installation at the airport, depicting two of Iceland's thirteen santa clauses, or jule lads, and the Christmas cat.
Good, uneventful flight home.
Great to see the family. And when I got in and opened the fridge door, I found a whole new birthday cake, made by my daughter! So sweet.
