Sundown Uffington

The last day of my little sojourn with Tom, Sophie and George. We took George to the little play park but it was too cold to stay long.. Some good news-their solicitor was on a day off and his secretary managed to confirm all the arrangements and offer a completion date for next Friday! Thank goodness and fingers crossed..
We went for a quick walk to Uffington white horse and saw around a dozen red kites, before they dropped me at Oxford for the train..
All was well as far as Wolverhampton when my connection decided to be delayed by 80 minutes so I got on the train for Edinburgh that arrived, also delayed by 80 minutes but at least going to Lancaster.. Rob arrived at the station to meet me, to find our train stuck in a queue for the platform as yet another train had broken down. However, als well that ends well, an perhaps I will get a little refund?
