Another grey ......

...... day!
To go with it you could say it was very cold too! I'm struggling to walk again today, had a back massage which helps a little but alas it's very short lived. The traffic was horrendous coming home , a 10/15 minute journey took me 1 hour , still after Saturday it wasn't too bad. Guess it will get worse as the run - up to Christmas gets ever nearer.
I'm going to do a bit of ironing now , get a bit of super and sit , with the central heating on and watch the Apprentice , it's good for a laugh.

Thankful .... for a warm room tonight
