Here we go again...

Sleet on the branch in the evening, still warmish +1c.

My husband came home yesterday evening from a winter ski gig and is about to leave tomorrow into some concert gig. Work, work and more work...

I was visiting my dad's dementia ward nurses. Doctor has consultated his superior for my dad's meds. And nurses have taken some effort in their so called team to cope with my dad.

I really hope that they will manage soon.
Due the new medication dad is smoother and easier to nurse... I really hope that I never would have to live in a dementia ward.

For me, I'will try to eat a Montignac diet now. Should lose some weight, I guess. And I continued the knee excercising today - hopefully is seems to help. Maybe I only have been too lazy in my devine (not) body...

Sorry for lack of comments and chatting. I will try to catch up a bit today and this week!!!
