Moon

This morning was spent at the lodge. New Year and the Visit England inspection will come all too quickly so we started a bit of deep cleaning and the maintenance jobs that can't be done on change-over day.

There were things we needed so we went up to Carlisle. We called in at the garden centre and claimed this month's coffees. As we were coming out I noticed how nice the moon was looking against the blue sky. Here it is, waxing gibbous,  just a day after the 1st quarter. We were both wanting some night sky practice and are hoping skies will be clear for the full moon on Sunday!
