Long-tailed Tit

After 3pm today it was rather gloomy in the garden but when I saw a group of about 8 long-tailed tits at the bird feeding station I couldn't resist trying to photograph them through the window. We don't get them visiting very often.

Earlier in the day we had been to the lodge to do a bit more maintenance work in these quiet weeks. I continued working indoors while The Man painted timbers ready for us to lay new path borders.
