Fergus and I went for a walk after lunch. We went out to the old shipyard. On the way we passed a collie off its lead. Having seen it coming I was talking to Fergus before he got too agitated. I made a fuss of him as the collie passed and he didn't get too growly. Unfortunately the man stopped to throw a ball down onto the shore for the collie so Fergus popped his front paws up on the little sea wall and wouldn't budge for a minute or two. When we started off again towards the shipyard Fergus had a little growly conversation with himself as we walked along. What a character !

We managed to pick a good bright spell. I did take some Fergus photos, but forgot to focus specifically on him (I was using the Olympus for the first time in a while) so he was blurry in them all while Davaar was sharp. Oops!

The rain came on before we got home but I think we got away with it not too badly. I had waterproofs on and Fergus doesn't mind the rain at all. He seems to enjoy getting towelled dry and has quickly picked up that I will give him a treat afterwards. I am making the treat a "dental stick" chew.
