Leftovers as Hamburgers with Salad

The leftovers of last nights meat mix became hamburgers tonight, served with this salad: beetroot, avocado, bean sprouts, tomatoes, pomegranate seeds and some of the leftover pomegranate molasses as dressing. Yum!

Aptis online testing took up much of the rest of the day.
