birthday girl...

a trip to Surrey today to help my niece celebrate her 10th birthday a day early!  Any excuse to eat cake which was made by my sister in law! 

had a lovely day in the sunshine even if it was freezing! Watched my nephew play for his football team - they lost! - and then we all had a lovely lunch at a nearby garden centre!  M25 was a lot busier tonight than normal too which didn't end the day as nicely as we'd hoped but we made it home eventually to thaw out!
