Honningsvag

A bumpy night, but as usual we slept through. We didn’t bother to go down to breakfast as it was due to finish early, so that lunch could be early for those going on trips. We have coffee and tea in the cabin and had some fruit that has traveled with us. No point in staggering down a deck when we can snuggle up in bed for longer.

I’ve included a picture of our bed in extras, so you can see how appealing it is!!! The imitation fur cover is lovely to feel and anchors the duvets nicely!! I think that Amber and the girls would love to snuggle up on this :0)

The trips were cancelled due to the roads being unsafe. We didn’t book a trip, but this is what the town looks like in the summer See the extra in this blip!! Very colourful!!

We headed out into the Barents Sea and rougher waters. We docked at Kjellefjord briefly, 15 mins, and then set off again.

Dinner was interesting. A beautiful buffet of mostly sea food and also braised reindeer. As we were almost finished we had a bit ‘bump’ which saw lots of glasses of water and wine being spilled!!!

We have an earlier morning tomorrow and need to have breakfast, so will adjourn to snuggle under the bed cover this evening and read.
