Caught the local bus to Valletta - Malta’s Capital and World Heritage Site - buildings dating from 16th Century built during the rule of the Knights Hospitaller

Amongst other things - visited St John’s Co-Cathedral - a highly decorated gem of a place filled with Baroque Art - pounded the narrow bustling streets for views across the harbour - decided against going to discuss our active ageing with the Parliamentary Secretary
