An early start

I was in Prades market early on at eight o’clock as they were setting up. I wanted to get my favourite bread and buy some local clementines and my usual mussels. It was this bread that inspired me to start making sourdough loaves back in the UK. The morning was taken up with a meeting at the Mairie which went well. After a quick lunch it was French conversation with Nicole and Jeff. Now it is a quick turnaround before badminton this evening.
