Crofter's Cottage

Community Challenge - Local Architecture

My entry for this challenge is a Hebridean Crofter's Cottage - like many of the one's here it's been totally renovated and is now a holiday cottage. This one is located at the northern end of South Uist, at Balgarva.

Phone picture taken this morning and I had a little play with it while waiting for Mr. WP to buy chicken food.

Extra photo is a Grey Plover, seen today, catching a worm on the South Ford when I was doing my monthly bird count there.
