And whilst I am not a pipe smoker and never will be I do feel the need to light it up and have a puff otherwise what has all the work been for. Oh and I need to blacken the bowl which looks odd at the moment as it had to remain untreated.

Lamb shanks didn't disappoint last night nor did the wine.
