Knife Angel

Today I went to the British Ironworks Centre in Oswestry with the U3A photography group in order to photograph the sculptures at sunset. Unfortunately the sunset didn't materialise so we just took a few photos in the dusk and froze in the process!

This is the 26 ft. tall Knife Angel that was made here. It was made from 100,000 knives which had been confiscated or surrendered to the police and made as a tribute to the victims of knife crime.
