Secrets of the Dead

I was at a conference of this name today, in Winchester. There were five excellent speakers covering prehistoric grave goods, the St Mary Magdalen leprosy hospital, bones from the Mary Rose and an Anglo Saxon execution cemetery. All cheery stuff and right up my alley. And, like all good conferences, there were book stalls so, of course, I added to my extensive archaeology library!
