Entertaining...

We have friends to dinner this evening. Something we used to do fairly often but haven't done for several months. I am not ashamed to take short cuts these days. It's the company that is more important than the cuisine...so I tell myself. So I've bought Covent Garden soup and I'll add a swirl of cream and for dessert we have cheesecakes and a cheeseboard and grapes. The main course is a pork dish and I'm almost ready to start prepping that.

The garden pots were finished just before the rain began, so the bulbs are getting a good watering. The red cyclamen look good too.

Haircut plus extras this morning. All sorted til next time!
