Flower Friday

This simple marigold was supposed to be a lesson in Pep Ventosa technique that rainie has been dabbling in - brilliantly I might add. I had never heard of him or the technique and I must say I love the idea. I thought I would try it to infuse some enthusiasm into my flagging blip mojo. It was cold and wet outside so I brought a marigold inside - they are are tough as old boots and have survived the minus temperatures over the last few nights. I decided to set the camera on a tripod and turn the flower around rather than walk around it as is usually done. It didn't quite work, as you can see in the 2 extras, but it was a start and I learnt a bit more about stacking photos in PS Elements.
