Abstract Thursday

Today's theme by Ingeborg for Abstract Thursday is 'Filters'. I Googled DIY filters and decided to try this wine glass filter (filled only with water).. It worked quite well but needs more practice to compose the background and reduce the reflections. It would have been better in the afternoon as this area is in shade but I was home too late after playing Scrabble with a friend to repeat it. It is dark before 5 these days and it was freezing, too. Snow is on its way, apparently.
