Warm and inviting.....

I think my talk went well this afternoon..there was a lot of happy and related conversation when I'd finished. They graciously excused my initial  error of referring to the Rhine as the Nile....put it down to nerves!  I'd spent a while this morning looking up facts about the river and mounting some maps and leaflets Gail and I had collected during the holiday. 

I had bought some 4711 freshen up sachets and some chocolates for the ladies and Gail had found some German biscuits in Morrisons so we maintained the theme throughout!

On the way home from Oxted I passed this church hall. So I turned the car round, parked up and took a photo. It looked so welcoming on a dark night. The chairs are in a circle ready for something this evening maybe. 

D has spent a L O N G day at M and E's home so workman can do some snagging jobs on the triple patio doors of the new extension. Apparently there has been a little lack of communication between parties. Not sure it's sorted yet.
