I love October.

There is something about it that makes the air clear and bright, you can see for miles and miles and miles. The sun lays low in the sky, and shadows are long.

The day couldn't have been better today. The sun has shone brightly all day, not a breeze in the air. I even saw someone out with NO TOP on.

I spent time with my Nant this afternoon, and we gabbed and gossiped for a good part of two hours :-)

Toolibelle was playing volley for Heriot Watt today against Strathclyde, and THEY WON!!! And last night Boy skyped me and we had some mum and Boy time on a Saturday night. Long time since I had that. It was much appreciated.

Si at this moment is on a bus with 60 tired scouts, having terrorised them all weekend playing at Alien invasion in the Highlands of Scotland. If you had seen how eager he was getting stuff prepared, you would have laughed. I really laughed last night when he sent me a photo of him wearing his "Alien Contamination Suit" ha ha ha - Those kids are going to have nightmares for weeks!

My migraine has cleared my head out, and I have not felt so good in ages.

I made Lavender Shortbread, and it is Lush! Maison D'Elf Merci Beaucoups..... Un Petit Peau will be making it's way a la vous maintainent.

All in all a Lovely, lovely weekend.
