Now My Rhythm Ain't so Hot...
I missed most of today.
I had an early night last night, in bed by ten, and by eleven thirty, I was assuming either on of two positions in the bathroom for the next few hours. Head was heavy when I woke, and so I took pills and slept til 3.
I took a drive around 5, to freshen my head and sat and watched the water for a while.
Mum and John are in the Aegean Sea, aboard a 40 ft yacht, and although it will be warmer out there, and the metaxa brandy will be flowing freely, and the sky will be bluer, and the clouds whiter, I know that this piece of water is flowing all the way over there, being heated on it's travels, until it splashes against the side of the boat.
It also flows the opposite direction, and when Boy is at the beach in Wilmington, the same piece of water is flowing against his toes too. And in between it's journey west and east it flows right round the coast of the Uk, and splashes on the beach at Crammond, which is merely minutes from my Toolibelle.
So you see, although my family is far apart, this water in front of me binds us all together and keeps me close to them.
Now I just have to figure a way of getting this flipping tidal system up a hill to find Si!
