I'm ready, where is everybody?

First thing this morning I was getting the room ready for my group to arrive. When I turned round, this keen soul had already come in and was ready to start work.

Kara the dog loves joining in our classes. She often sits in the middle of the circle when we're talking, and she instinctively knows if someone is having a difficult time. She will go up and sit near them. She doesn't invade their space, just silently says to them "if you want to stroke me, that'll be OK, and it might make you feel better too".

I've learnt a lot of lessons from Kara the dog. She's a very wise teacher.
