Ho ho ho

From a bus on Princes St I glimpsed a strange new.....erection up on George Street; I tried to get a photo but missed it. Fortunately Chamfer  got a lot closer.

All I could manage that didn't have huge blurred pedestrians in the foreground was a squinty wheel.
