Twa corbies

Spent most of the daylight hours driving back up the M6 - the weather was fine, though, and the countryside looking splendid in all the shades of late autumn.

The only photo I took was of two crows who were having to work extremely hard to keep their footing on this lamp post at Lancaster services, as they were facing head on into a very stiff breeze!
