A frustrating day, dominated by attempts to progress my Dad's change of electricity supplier.  After four phone calls and lots of repetitions of annoying message, I think I made some progress.  The message was "we are a currently experiencing a large volume of calls at present." Two issues with that: 

1. "Currently" and "at present" seems tautologous.
2. One company's "large volume of calls" is another person's "small volume of staff."

And it is raining so I resorted to a close up, mono shot of some ageing lilies.
