Olive Harvesting

Started harvesting our own olives today. 

The local Roma folk set up a warehouse on the outskirts of town, and three of them came to harvest our olives. We don't have a machine like our rich neighbour, so they did it with rods - it's a lot of work, and quite damaging for the trees, and loads of olives are wasted. Maybe we'll get a better system going another year, but for now, this will have to do.

Today we harvested 613 kg, and nowhere near finished...
