A beautiful wintery day!

A day of sunshine, blue skies and a cold nip to the air, winter is here...however the colours of the trees continue to give a nod towards autumn. A wonderful ride out today and Dash is back, winter bike season has landed. I rode with my poppy on my jersey today because we, the living, owe it to those who no longer can speak to tell their story for them.  

The simple pleasures of being in the great outdoors, enjoying the view of gorgeous trees with colourful leaves on a cold, crisp day...and then returning to fluffy socks, a warm drink and Strictly Come Dancing on the telebox really shouldn't be underestimated. :-D
