Erm.

Can't help checking sections of M&S whenever I happen to be in. Today was train back to the North so called in to the store in Kings Cross to grab a salad for brunch.

Amused to note some unwise person had stacked (rather expensive) chocs on their end, making them all fall out of place. Apt metaphor for my life right now perhaps.

A lot to think about between surgery, sobriety, and addressing my mental health properly.

Out for just 2 pints with dad tonight and able to say no to another, which is a new but good experience. More of this hopefully to come. And good to be around hugs and love for the first time in a while too, but also talk with mum about transition stuff in more detail.
