Faithful friend

Popcorn the bear lost his nose tonight as we cuddled up in bed, dysphoria still heavily here this evening, though through the day was much better than yesterday. He will need some gentle surgery! He's battered and bruised but still there for me. Finding distance hard at the moment, as well as sobriety.
