Roll up, Roll up

Illicit ink take over the Book festival Speigeltent for one evening only with a mixture of lectures, stories and performances centred around magic.

I go with Ever, her boyfriend, Simon, Sergio and meet more friends there - my old tutor Gav is one of the Iliicit inkers. I end up in the pub with them promising to come up with an idea for a performance night next year..

wow.. a good reminder I better conjure up something.
Gav's the best creative butt kicker I have ever met - and did an incredible story based on a real magician who died in a fire in Edinburgh at the turn of the century.

Their next night is coming up for Halloween. If you are in Edinburgh. GO. just GO!!
