Ambrosia

There are zero calories in this cake - after all, it is an eggless sponge and although there is cream inside and a white chocolate skirt around the whole masterpiece, it is, as you can see, mostly fruit - so my slice definitely counted as one of my five a day, and no more than that.

Cake day in the teachers' lounge to celebrate all colleagues whose special day is in November.  Mine isn't until March, but hey ho, any excuse. 

An evening at Bizim Tepe with friends, food and Bomonti beer. Nice.
