The 22 stitch jumper

Back in the 80's this jumper knitting pattern was given away with a magazine & foolishly I decided to make it, ( foolish because I don't really like knitting but I wasn't the only one was I Doffy?) some of the stiches were travelling vine, pier glass & bouquet pattern.

It took months maybe years it's all a blur now & I wore it a couple of times and it has been at the bottom of the wardrobe ever since.

So remembering the hell I went through making it I was loath to get rid.
But the 80's style sleeves were huge & baggy so I decided to try & revamp it into a cardigan.
Today I took the scissors to it - It's still a work in progress!!!
