Mr Toad had to go to Menai Bridge (Porthaethwy) today to do a little job so while he was busy I had a wander around town & down along the Belgian Promenade by the Straits,
(so called because in 1914 some Belgian refugees were staying in the town & in appreciation of the people of the town for their kind treatment they built the promenade)

This old hardware shop on the High St. has the look of "Arkwrights" about it to me.
