Pearly King and Queen

Today we took a trip to London and headed for Covent garden to do some Christmas shopping. To show Char around. We decided to have a coffee which turned into lunch at the little cafe in Jubilee market. The pearly king and queen were siting on th table next to ours so Along asked if they he could take a picture of them and they kindly agreed. He bought a poppy from them and they gave us a leaflet about pearly Kings and Queens. I didn't realise that the costermongers were involved .
